Our services are intended for business use. By engaging HireWizer as an employer, you represent that you are authorized to enter into hiring agreements on behalf of your organization.

3. Candidate Terms

3.1 Representation of Candidates

By submitting your resume or background information to HireWizer, you authorize us to retain your information in our candidate database and to consider you for relevant opportunities. We will contact you before presenting your information to any specific employer.

3.2 Accuracy of Information

You represent that all information you provide, including your resume, work history, credentials, and certifications, is accurate and complete. Providing false or misleading information may result in immediate termination of our representation and may be reported to prospective employers.

3.3 Exclusive Representation

Unless you have entered into a separate written exclusive representation agreement with HireWizer, you are free to work with other recruiters and apply directly for positions. We do not claim exclusive rights to represent you unless separately agreed in writing.

3.4 No Guarantee of Placement

HireWizer does not guarantee placement, employment, or any specific outcome from our recruiting services. Our services are provided on a best-efforts basis.

4. Employer Terms

4.1 Engagement Agreements

Specific terms governing employer engagements, including fee arrangements, guarantee periods, and exclusivity provisions, will be set forth in a separate written agreement between HireWizer and the employer. These Terms of Service apply in addition to any such agreement.

4.2 Hiring Fees

Employers agree to pay HireWizer's placement fees as outlined in the applicable engagement agreement when a candidate introduced by HireWizer is hired, whether directly or indirectly. A candidate is considered introduced by HireWizer if we provided the employer with the candidate's resume or identifying information prior to the hire.

4.3 Non-Circumvention

Employers agree not to circumvent HireWizer's fees by hiring a candidate introduced by HireWizer through any means other than through our agreed engagement, including direct applications submitted after our introduction, referrals from other employees, or any other indirect hire within 12 months of our introduction.

4.4 Equal Employment Opportunity

5. Intellectual Property

Any dispute arising under these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the state and federal courts located in Los Angeles County, California.
